This year we were invited by our friends at Green Farm Events Ltd to run the bar at the Zoo Event Group Glamping site at Glastonbury Festival. What a great time we had! The Zoo bell tents were super comfy and the Zoo Loos were always clean. The showers were fantastic, and the use of the Powder Room to dry my hair was such a treat. No need to wash with wet wipes on this site!
We set the bar and food servery in a Tipi, which was lit and decorated. We served Madri, Birra Moretti, Guinness, Bath Ale Gem and Westons Vintage Cider on draught. The Gin 77 from Bristol Distilling Co. was really popular, served with a slice of pink grapefruit. The ability to dispense this and Pimms on draught meant that we had very little queuing time. Cocktails were very popular, especially Bloody Mary, Espresso Martini and Mimosas. We can't wait until next year!
